RETURN POLICY ON SUNGLASSES We have a 30 day money back guarantee. We will refund you the purchase price of the sunglasses less the shipping fees. We must receive the sunglasses in its original condition as well with all warranty papers any accessories that come with the sunglass (ie:sunglass case). RETURN POLICY ON EYEGLASSES We offer a 30 day refund on all frames and a 50 % refund on prescription lenses. If there is a mistake made in our laboratory we will then at no charge to you have the lenses replaced. If there is a problem with the your doctors rx we will also change the lenses for you at no charge within 30 days. If you do not like the way the glasses look we will then give you a 50% discount on the lenses and a full refund on the frame or if possible use those same lenses in another frame all refunds must be made within 30 days We charge a 10% restocking fee on any purchase of 3 pairs or more or orders of $300.00 or more. RETURN POLICY ON PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASSES OR SUNGLASSES         All prescription lenses are considered special orders, and are therefore non-refundable  and cannot be exchanged.  However, we understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 30 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange a frame that we have made prescription lenses for, you will be charged or credited the difference of the new frame cost. A lens credit of 50% of the original lens cost will be applied to the cost of any new lenses ordered.  In addition, new shipping charges will incur.
